Cooking Class
An authentic experience for those who love Italian cuisine and its truest flavors. In this special cooking class, you will learn to prepare the famous Tortellini di Valeggio, known as love knots, following tradition and rediscovering the pleasure of creating with your hands.
No experience required: the course is open to everyone, even the little ones. You will be guided step by step in making the dough, the pastry and the filling, with all the material provided: apron, pastry maker, flour, eggs and lots of passion.

The experience continues at the table: you will taste freshly prepared tortellini, accompanied by local wines carefully selected by Casa Scaligeri, and you will conclude the meal with a typical local dessert: the delicious Torta Sbrisolona.
