At what time can I arrive at Casa Scaligeri?
On check-in day, your room will be available from 2:30 to 10:30 pm. On check-out, your room must be vacated by 10:30 am. Please inform Casa Scaligeri of your estimated arrival time. If you need anything in particular, please contact our staff, who will be at your complete disposal.
What time is breakfast served at Casa Scaligeri?
Breakfast is served at the Scaligeri Café & Restaurant from 7:30 to 11 am. On booking, please tell us about any allergies or intolerances you have. It will be a pleasure for us to take care of you during your stay in the hotel.
Does Casa Scaligeri have arrangements for those with special dietary needs?
Casa Scaligeri invites its guests, on check-in or at the time of booking, to inform the reception of any allergies or intolerances. It will be a pleasure for us to take care of you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made in cash (up to €2900.00) or by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSì.
Is it safe to pay the booking deposit by credit card?
The booking is absolutely safe and secure. All sensitive data is encrypted and treated confidentially. Credit card details are required to guarantee the booking. Casa Scaligeri reserves the right to withdraw a deposit when the offer booked requires its payment.
A deposit is required in case of booking offers with particular cancellation conditions that do not allow for reimbursement, though they do offer a significant saving. Casa Scaligeri reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card at the time of booking by pre-authorizing an amount equal to that envisaged in case of a no-show or late cancellation. Casa Scaligeri shall not consider bookings confirmed or guaranteed if they are made with incorrect credit card information. Casa Scaligeri reserves the right, upon check-in, to pre-authorize a credit card charge equal to the total amount of the booking as a guarantee.
What does the term “NON REFUNDABLE” mean written next to the charge?
The term “NON REFUNDABLE” means that the booking offer has particular cancellation conditions that do not allow for cancellation, though it does offer a significant saving. By cancelling a stay made with such a booking offer, you are not entitled to receive a refund, and the full amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card. With "NON REFUNDABLE" offers, no changes can be made to the booking.
Can I request a late check-out?
Any late check-out must be agreed, in terms of terms and costs, in advance, and is subject to availability. It is under the exclusive discretion of Casa Scaligeri to allow a late check-out, depending on availability. Late check-outs are subject to a supplementary charge, which varies according to the day’s rates. What happens if I want to cancel my booking? Bookings made directly via our website and not using any special offer may be cancelled without penalty within 3 days (72 hours) before arrival. In case of any cancellation after this deadline, a penalty equal to the first night will be charged, unless otherwise specified. In case of special offers, refer to the particular cancellation policy indicated in the chosen offer.
What happens in case of any no-show, early departure or modification of the booking after the deadline?
In case of any no-show, early departure or modification or cancellation of the booking, a penalty will be charged according to the booking offer’s cancellation policy. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking. Does Casa Scaligeri have smoking rooms? No. The hotel is a non-smoking establishment.
Does Casa Scaligeri accept pets?
No. Though we love animals very much, Casa Scaligeri, logistically speaking, is not the ideal environment for your 4-legged friends.
Does Casa Scaligeri have private parking?
No. Sirmione’s historic centre is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Grifoparking is a paid car park for accommodation facility guests located in the square Piazzale Europa, just a stone’s throw from the historic centre. Grifoparking is an eco-friendly accommodation facility project. Guests and their luggage are accompanied to the hotel in electric cars for free. Parking can be reserved at the time of booking.
Do you offer a bicycle rental service?
Casa Scaligeri guests can rent bicycles. Rental is subject to booking and a fee.
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, on request for a fee.
